Makort, Peter "Chase” Chase passed away peacefully at Broadview Nursing Home, Smiths Falls on Wednesday, February 20, 2019 at the age of 59. Much loved son of Janice Doyle. Adored father of Jenevieve (Edward). Cherished grandfather of Lexy. Chase will be sadly missed by his brothers William (Linda), Dan (Diana) and sister Cara (Mike) and predeceased by sister Natalie. Chase leaves behind many nieces, nephews, great nephews and great niece, extended family and many friends. A Celebration of Chase’s life will take place at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 112 Beckwith St. N., Smiths Falls on Thursday, February 28, 2019 from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m. Memorial donations in Chase's name to Furry Tales, The Canadian Cancer Society or Big Sky Ranch would be appreciated.
