Gemmill, Andrew Willard Peacefully in hospital in Perth on Wednesday, February 17th, 2010 Andrew W. Gemmill (life member of Knights of Columbus, 3531 Perth) in his 97th year. Predeceased in December 1990 by his wife Mary Elizabeth (Milotte) Gemmill. Loving father of Francis (Pauline), Beth Rochon, Bob (Val), Paul (Delores) and Ian (Doris) Gemmill. Cherished grandfather to his 14 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. Andrew was predeceased by his parents William and Virginia (Amell) Gemmill, 3 brothers, 3 sisters, his son James and his wife Margaret and 2 grandchildren. He will be fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, all his family, extended family and all those who knew him. Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St. W., Perth on Friday, February 19th, 2010 from 2 to 5 and 6 to 9 P.M. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Columbkill's Church, McDonald's Corners on Saturday at 11:00 A.M. Interment, St. Columbkill's Parish Cemetery. In remembrance, contributions to the McDonald's Corners Agricultural Society or Heart & Stroke would be appreciated.
