Thomas, Helen M. It is with saddened hearts the family of Helen M. Thomas announce Helen's passing on Thursday, March 25, 2010 to her final resting place with the Lord. Daughter of the late Thomas and Sarah Kirkham. Helen was the much loved and loving Mother and Grandmother of her son Glenn, his wife Robina and their son Brian (Fiancee Diana Conboy); her daughter Glenda Cooke, her husband Roger and their daughter Sarah. Also, cherished Aunt of Bev Ryan. Mom was devoted to her family and a faithful member of St. James Anglican Church, Perth. Besides her family, Mom will be missed by her many friends, especially those of the St. James Parish Guild to which she contributed countless hours of service. We would like to thank Dr. Ross McLean for his many years of health care and support. Also, thank you to the staff of the Great War Memorial Hospital, especially the staff of the emergency, ICU and Med-Surg for the care and concern shown during Mom's stay. Following Mom's wishes, cremation has taken place. Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St. W., Perth on Sunday, March 28th, 2010 from 1 to 8 P.M. Funeral service and interment will be held privately.
