Ashton, Joyce Elizabeth In hospital in Perth on Saturday, April 10th, 2010 at the age of 84 years. Joyce was predeceased by her parents Thomas and Thelma (Green) Duffie and in 1996 by her beloved husband, Alfred Ashton. She will be sadly missed by her sons Richard (Christine) of Mission B.C., Michael (Janet) of Ridgeland South Carolina and Steven of Perth, her grandchildren Miranda, Jamie (Janessa) and John Michael and great grandson Dominic. Joyce was loved and will be fondly remembered by Lisa Ashton and Nana’s step grandchildren Brandon, Adam and Devon, Tara and Kristen, also Rose Sanders and many friends including her special friend "Teddy”. Joyce was predeceased by her sister Patricia (Alex) McDonald. Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St W., Perth Friday April 16th from 6 to 8 P.M. Funeral service will be held in the chapel Saturday at 3:30 P.M.
