Shaw, Muriel E. Peacefully surrounded by her family at her home in Drummond Centre on Tuesday May 18th, 2010. Muriel was the loved wife of Douglas Shaw, cherished mother, grandmother and great grandmother of Robert (Susan) Shaw, Tyler (Nancy) Shaw and their daughters Maggie and Marcie, Jason Shaw (Jackie Hart), Kyle (Melanie) Shaw and their daughter Brylee, Samantha Shaw (Mike Riopelle), Jane (Joe) McDonald and Marie Shaw. She will be sadly missed by brother Earl (late Marion) Code, brother Murray (Muriel) Code, her nieces, nephews, family and many good friends; predeceased by sisters Verna (late Harry) Ryder and Carmel (late Ray) Fergusson. Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St W., Perth Friday May 21st from 2 to 5 and 6 to 8 P.M. Funeral service will be held in the chapel Saturday at 10:30 A.M. Interment, Drummond Centre Cemetery. In remembrance, contributions to the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario (Surgical Unit) or the Cancer Society would be appreciated.
