Poston, John (Jack) It is with great sadness that we announce the death of our beloved Jack on Friday, February 11, 2011 at the age of 75, in hospital, Smiths Falls. Dearly loved and cherished husband of Rosalind (Alsey) for 55 years. Dearest father of Jim (Jeannine), Bill (Jocelyn) and predeceased by his eldest son Jack. Loved brother of Bill (Muriel), Joy (Ralph Heazle), Hugh (Angela), Suzanne (Gary Toner) and Louise (George Griffith). Fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews. After serving 5 years with the Royal Canadian Navy (R.C.N.) he was employed for 33 years with Southern Canada Power and Hydro-Quebec. As per Jack's request there will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held at St. George's Anglican Church, 276 Heriot Street, Drummondville, QC and interment will take place May 21, 2011. Reception to follow.
