Dear Cecile, I was deeply saddened to hear of Bill's passing.I have fond memories of him working for us in our Smiths Falls store,but more than that he remained a friend who dropped by the store,whenever he was in town,for a friendly chat and visit with the people he had worked with.We even visited several times when he worked in Florida.He was an honest,loyal,respected and dedicated staff member and was well liked by all those with whom he came into contact.We had lots of laughs together and enjoyed sharing stories about our experiences in retailing.Please extend my condolences to Betty. sincerely, Howie Smolkin
