I am so very sorry for your sudden loss. I was a colleague of Dave's at St John. I looked forward to and enjoyed our daily chats. Even after his retirement, as he walked the block to help his recovery from surgery, we would sometimes meet as he rested on a rock, and would chat just as if we were at school. I am so sorry to hear of your loss Mary. Of the four brothers Dave was the one I knew most. I will always remember when he visited us in Kapuskasing with aunt Gwen and uncle Norm .
One memory I have of him is being the true sportsman he was playing ball in our backyard and the ball went through our neighbour’s basement window.
He was always friendly. I shall miss him.
