I just want to say that it was an honour for me to be a part of your Dads life. He, when feeling well always had something "smart" or funny to say. Your family support is second to none. You made your Dad proud and he would tell us that daily. We grieve with you. On a lighter note.....a joke was made(because he was loved)....well now Toronto Maple Leafs have no fans!....It was made quite clear by myself and others that Oh yes they do and perhaps next year with your dad coaching from the sidelines they will be a contender...or at least more than pesky! lol. Rest easy Wally, you are loved and you are missed! My most sincere condolences go out to all that love him.

I am so sorry to hear of Wally's death, I was thinking of him the other day with a smile. I worked with Wally through my high school years at IGA...My last year there we worked together in aisle 4 we had many laughs and he loved to tease. Wally was a man with a kind heart he will be missed and I look back at the time I spend with him with a smile.
May your memories help you during this difficult time.

Great guy
We are going to miss Wally here at Broadview he was a great guy who loved to visit and joke. He knew all the staff by name and always wanted to know the most recent news. He enjoyed many outings during his time here at Broadview. His family was very important to him as we seen in the regular visits from his girls and his brothers. We are going to miss his smiling face and his family as well. RIP Wally xo
