Dear Marguerite, Angie and Kathy...I was so very sorry to hear about Murray's passing. Some of my favorite memories are of being up at the cottage on Dalhousie Lake and firecracker day. *S* Kathy and Angie would watch the fireworks at my place, than I would go down to your place and Murray would have an array of fireworks to set off. Murray was a kind and gentle man and always treated me like one of his own. Your home....was my second home. I thank you both for all my wonderful childhood memories...ones I shall never forget.

Please know how very saddened Ron and I are to hear of Murray’s passing. Marguerite, Angie, and Kathy, you have our deepest condolences. Murray was truly a wonderful man. He was my first supervisor when I worked at Rideau Regional Centre. He taught me so much. He was a compassionate man who expected the best from his staff and gave his best to the residents. As you are well aware, he shared his compassion with the community as well. Murray will be greatly missed. I feel blessed to have known him.

Kathy and Angie - my thoughts are with you at this very difficult time. Although we understand that losing a parent is a natural progression it is never easy and we are never prepared. In time however, we put the passing in its place; and remember the good, funny, exciting, wonderful time we spent with our parents as the pain of loss subsides.
Marguerite I cannot imagine the wonderful memories and times you can conjure up having spent more years with this one special man than many of us have been alive. My hope for you is that you glow and feel warmth remembering the good, wonderful, life changing times you spent with Murray, the influence he had in raising his two wonderful daughters and his grandchildren, and that these thoughts and memories will carry you through the toughest times.

Dear Marguerite, I was sorry to hear about Murray. I remember the great meals that you treated me to when I was living in Numogate and had visited with you both (back in the mid 80's). Fond memories that I hold dearly.
I also appreciate all the family information that you shared with me when I was working on my family tree.
He will be missed!
Love Glen
