Brady, Mary Kathleen "Kay" (Timmins) February 18, 1920 - January 16, 2015 Our Mother passed away peacefully in her sleep on January 16th, 2015 joining our Dad to watch over us. She was a true matriarch who devoted her life to her family. Beloved wife of the late James Brady who predeceased her on June 28th, 1996. Loving mother of Mona (Joe) Fahey, late Grant, Michael (Barb) Brady, Agnes (Jim) McVeety, Len (Debbie) Brady, Mary Ann (Gord) Maxwell, Dennis (Norma Jean Anisly) Brady. Cherished Grandmother to Christopher, Patrick, Erin, Megan, Colleen, Richard, Leah, Shannon, Hanna and Sarah. Great Grandmother to Tyler, Brooke, Quinn, Carly, Kyle, Kaitlyn, Connor, Logan, Shannon, William and Adeline. She was predeceased by her parents Hugh and Theresa Timmins, her siblings Jack, Martha, Ed, Terrance and Len. Kay is survived by sisters-in-law Kaye Brady, Doreen Shafer and Noreen Timmins. Mom and Dad ran a successful dairy farm on the Brady heritage farm. On many occasions the extended family came together to share a meal prepared by Kay. All the family are aware of how blessed we were to have each other. Mom had a quiet and steady faith. She was our rock and will always be in our hearts. Friends may pay their respects at the Blair and Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St., West, Perth on Sunday, January 18th, 2015 from 1:00 to 4:00 P.M. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday in St. John's Church, Perth on Monday at 11:00 A.M. Interment St. John's Cemetery. In remembrance, contributions to the Great War Memorial Hospital Foundation or the Diabetic Association would be appreciated.
