I'm so sorry and sad. I didn't know anything about the car accident. This is really a shock to me as I remember your two girls from when they were quite young.

Something I wrote inspired by you, Elle: When someone passes on they leave beauty behind. Sometimes we see some of those beautiful things right away. Sometimes down the road, when something simple as the sight of Autumn leaves falling makes us pause... and remember. That's you, Elle, the beauty left behind. I didn't have to meet you in person for you to "mark" me forever with your beautiful mind. I will always cherish our conversations. Your wisdom. Your strength. As you said, you were a lucky girl to have gotten six more years with family and friends. So positive even at the end. Such a beautiful thing.
