We have many special memories of Carl and Doris at the original family farm during the many years of the maple syrup operations .. hanging the pails, collecting the sap, watching Carl's expertise in the sugar shack as he produced the best syrup anywhere, listening to his quiet, deep wisdom on so many topics as he worked. Our memories of those years have already been passed on to the next generation. Carl was, and always will be in our future, a special part of our lives.
