Sending our sincere condolences to all of Larry's family. It's a very sad day hearing that Larry had passed. Larry has made the world a better place by way of his career, music, friendships, generosity and just being a great man. We will truly miss Larry at Lanark Lodge where he touched many of our seniors lives with his compassion and not once would take a payment for what he loved to do which was entertain. Our community has lost a huge pillar but we will always remember when Larry was there for us. Thank you!

I met Larry when he was the camp minister at Gracefield camp many years ago. "Hosea" was such a gentle man with whom I shared many talks and times. He "founded" me during my teen years. Never have I forgotten him. Rest in peace my friend.

Rev. Paul touched our family in so many ways. I remember his services fondly at St. Andrews Church when I attended Sunday school. He performed the wedding ceremony at our wedding and again for my cousin. He was a comfort when my Mother passed away in 2016. He was a wonderful person, full of kindness, wisdom and love. He will be dearly missed. My deep condolences go out to the family during this difficult time.

My sincere sympathy to Larry's family. Larry's cousin Verna was so proud to introduce me to Larry about 50 years ago. I marveled at Larry's abilities, one being tickling the ivories with his eyes just twinkling, usually by memory and his interest in others. Over the years we enjoyed listening and dancing to "The Saints and Sinners". I was fortunate to have enjoyed many conversations with Larry, often at the Coffee Shop. Larry was so proud to have his grandson sing at St. Patrick's Day last year. May your cherished memories help to console you as you grieve.

So sorry to hear of your Father's passing. He and my Dad [Jim White] were great friends with a shared love of music. They often played together at nursing homes and other functions. I really got to know your Dad when I was church secretary at the United Church in Carleton Place. He would often pop in when Rev. Bob Condie was minister there. There was always lots of jokes and laughter when those two got together. The two "Saints" are now together again and probably planning to put on a show. You will miss him - he was such a special person.

We were saddened to hear of Larry's passing. Eight years ago today, Larry officiated at our wedding where we exchanged vows under our oak tree with the rays of sunshine beaming from above. Larry was his usual congenial self and we are confident that his spirit will continue to live in many such as ourselves who were blessed to know him.

I would like to offer our condolences to the family on the passing of Larry. My earliest memories of him are of course at the Paul Picnics, which I have gone to since I was born. Larry always enjoyed himself immensely chatting with all the relatives. He was a great guy, always happy and good natured with everyone. In later years I had the pleasure of painting a picture of Evelyn's family home as a surprise for her. He always told me how much she loved it, and that was wonderful to hear. I know that he loved music too, and after retiring had more time to do that. He also was very kind to our family to conduct the funerals for our Mom and Dad. I last saw Larry at the coffee shop in Perth, and will miss his kindness and friendship. I intended to come to the wake today, but sadly will not be able to do so. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

I still remember when Larry first came to St Andrew's. He was a bright and shining star from day 1. He made all the children feel so special and always had enough time to stop and talk to each and every one of them. He loved the stories they told and their zest for life (as it was much like his)! He was very much a family member to all of us as his music took him many places (many of them with my Dad - Bob Kerr). Larry thank you, the music is stronger up there tonight!
