Harper, Robert "Bob" Bob passed away in the Perth hospital on Sunday October 20th, 2019 at the age of 86 years. He was predeceased by his parents James and Mildred (Duncan) Harper and his infant brother William. Bob was the dearly loved husband for 63 years of Frances (Camelon) Harper; devoted father of Lynn Harper (Vic Stone), Rob Harper (Jill Lynch) and Bill Harper (Donna Koekkoek) and grandfather of Taylor, Claire, Kelsey and Emily. He will be sadly missed by his sister Jean (late Jim) Wither, the Camelon family, numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends. Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St. W., Perth on Thursday October 24th, 2019 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Funeral service will be held in Knox Presbyterian Church, McDonalds Corners on Friday at 10:30 A.M. Interment, Highland Line Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to share a time of refreshments and memories in the church hall following the interment. Those wishing to honour Bob's life with a memorial donation are asked to consider Knox Presbyterian Church or the Ottawa Heart Institute.
