Though we have only known Ed and Rhodina through Waterford United Church in Waterford, Ont. we are deeply saddened for the sudden passing of Bill. Our sympathies extend to Lianne and all family members. Our thoughts and prayers are with you~

I remember Bill as I worked dispatch at the Perth PD and after he left the OPP he came and worked as court security for us. He was a quiet man and I had some good chats with him. Sorry to the family for your loss.
