Tom was a great mentor, leader and friend to me. He was always there for me - I will miss our visits and chats.
My thoughts and prayers are with the family.
I had the pleasure of knowing and working with Tom for many years, in his capacity as Clerk-Administrator for the Town of Perth. He was a true professional, who firmly believed in inter-municipal co-operation.We shared best practices ( as well as some pretty funny experiences ) on various municipal issues over the years. His positive and jovial personalty are traits we will all miss.Deepest sympathy to all family and friends.

Toni,
Please accept my deepest sympathy of the loss of your dad. I just found out today or I would have come to the service. He will be missed for sure in Perth. I used to run into him a couple times a year and we always had a good chat and laugh.

To the Kent Family:
I had the pleasure of knowing Tom through working at the Town Hall. I worked alot of nights when the bats would come down the stairway & into our office so I would tell Tom we chased it back into his office as he hated them! My thoughts & prayers are with his family at this time.
To the Kent Family:
Whenever I would see Tom in the grocery store he would look in my basket to see if I had any brownies for him, he said they were his favourite treat!
My prayers are with his family at this difficult time in their lives.
Working with Tom
I worked with Tom for many years as I was the supervisor of the Perth DayCare. We had many laughs. Tom made our meetings light hearted and fun even when we had to get down to business. Every time I would see Tom after he left the Town of Perth he would stop and chat. I'm sure he will be greatly missed by many.
