Dear McPherson Clan:
So sorry to hear about your Mom’s passing. Agnes was like a second Mom to the Haughian gang. In talking to my brothers, your Mother was the voice of reason on Cockburn Street. Whether it meant steering us out of trouble, or making sure that we could continue to play a street hockey game, she was always always there to support us and make sure that we did what we were told to do. Although she was small in stature, her presence in our lives was huge! Please know how much we respected and cherished your Mom. She was a gem. We have so many great memories growing up because of her. Savour the memories that Agnes gave you. Know that we are thinking of you all in this difficult time.

So sorry to hear about Aunt Agnes's passing. To all our cousins and her grandchildren we send our condolences. She was a wonderfull mother and wife to Ross and cherished all her grandchildren. I remember the night they got married and there was a picture taken of them cutting the wedding cake with a chainsaw! What a remarkable life she lived into her ninties.

Agnes was a dear soul to many . I have known Agnes since before she was married; many of the girls that used to work at Henry K. Wampole company went to have our hair washed & set on Friday nights as we went to dances Friday night & Saturday nights . We really loved this kind woman & we had a lot of laughs with Agnes . Then she married & mothered ten children . I am told she was a wonderful mother . May she Rest In Peace lovely lady.
