Jackie Macdonald
It is a great blessing to have known Ian and Jackie for nearly 20 years. The testimony of Jackie’s faith and love for her Lord and saviour Jesus Christ lived out in her life as an example for all who knew her. I am rminded of Jackie in this verse that describes how a child of God should live in this world:
Col_3:12 Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering;
We mourn for her loss to us who are left and earnestly pray for the comfort for Ian and the family. I will miss the opportunity show my affections to Jackie as we would meet each Lord’s day and mid week bible study, but find great comfort to know that she has reached the end of her faith, the salvation of her soul with joy unspeakable and full of glory.

Dear Uncle Ian, Lorne and Rainu, Cheryl, Stephen, Anna, Daniel and Dwight and Sharon, Daniel, Marcus and Benjamin:
We were so saddened to learn of Aunt Jackie's passing. She was an amazingly strong but soft spoken woman who was a role model for us all.
Below are some pictures I came across. The first one was after Anna's shower when she and Sharon stayed with me and we attended our church, the Meeting House. The next one of course is of Uncle Ian's 85th birthday in 2016, just shortly before my dad died, the last time they were all together. The next two were after Heidi's wedding I believe in 2013.
One of my more recent memories of Aunt Jackie was when she was helping my dad go through his cards and gifts after his 90 th birthday celebration. She was itemizing them all and kept mentioning to my dad when he asked her to repeat something, that he really needed to get new hearing aids to better hear her. He so enjoyed visiting with them in Perth or at our home in Mississauga at Christmas time if we were travelling. He was quite proud to take the go train and via rail to their home by himself after his 80th birthday once he had moved to Mississauga. I know the Dickinson clan are having a grand reunion in Heaven.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you while you are apart here on Earth. Love, Ruth,Tim, Kyle, Chloe and Clarisse

Dear Dad,
Just a few photos of our memories together. The first, is of you and Mom on your birthday, in August 2013. The rest are of Dan's and Anna's wedding in February 2018. Mom looked beautiful in her blue dress and was so happy. She is even happier in Heaven, in the Presence of the Lord Jesus Christ Whom she loved. Perhaps the Lord will come today and we shall see Him...and Mom!.
We know these are going to be difficult times for you missing Mom, and being very lonely. We are all here for you, but most of all, we know you also love the Lord Jesus, Who only can provide comfort, peace, and strength at this time.
Dad, we love you and are sorry for the pain you are going through.
"Grace be unto you and peace from God our father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ."
"Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort;"
"Who comforteth us in all our tribulation..." 2 Corinthians 1:2-4
Love in our soon coming Lord Jesus,
Lorne, Rainu, Cheryl, Stephen, Dana, Anna and Dan.
