Annie passed away at the Perth Community Care Centre on Wednesday January 27th, 2021 at the age of 101 years.  She was predeceased by her beloved husband  Joseph, sisters Isabel (Lloyd) Kent and Jean (Bob) McTavish and brothers Bob and George (Mary) Drysdale.  Annie was the greatly loved and respected mother of Jack (Janet), Lynda Smith (late Buster Ishmael), Gordon (Candy) and William (Debbie) Smith;  grandmother of John, Stephen, Chris, Tim, Taryn, Chad and Corey and great grandmother to 12.  She will be sadly missed by sister-in-law Patsy Drysdale,  her nieces, nephews, family and friends.  In addition to her family, she devoted much of her life to the work of the Royal Canadian Legion.

Due to covid-19 restrictions, the service and interment in Elmwood Cemetery will be held privately for the family.  In memory of Annie, those wishing are asked to consider memorial donations to Royal Canadian Legion Branch 244, Perth or the Foundation of the Great War Memorial Hospital.
