Obituary of Carl Anthony Kerr
Carl passed away peacefully at home in Stanleyville, on March 29th, 2021 in his 66th year. He is survived by his wife and the love of his life, Kimberley-Anne, and by his son Patrick (Abigail), his daughter Michelle (Chris Townsend) and his granddaughter Hannah. As well as, sisters Jean (Paul McShane), Marilyn (Francis Hagan) and brother Earl (Janie Kerr). Carl was predeceased by parents Harold and Reta Kerr, and by his brother Ron. He will be sadly missed by his in-laws Rejean and Shirley Lacroix, sisters-in-law Rejeanne Lacroix and Dianne (Michel) Dubois. Family friend Kerry Allen, and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Carl was known for his love of all things mechanical, 1955 Chevys, his sense of humour, crossword puzzles, car shows and vintage television shows. Special thanks to the Lanark County Paramedics, all the doctors and nurses at the Great War Memorial Hospital and Doctor James Simpson for years of care.
Due to COVID-19 a private funeral mass will be held at a later date with interment to follow at St. Bridget's Cemetery. In lieu of sending flowers the family asks that people make a memorial contribution to the HELLPing Hannah GoFundMe for the Kingston NICU where his granddaughter is currently being treated.
