Obituary of Alfred Patrick Lee

Alfred passed away peacefully at The Great War Memorial Hospital in Perth, Ontario on Friday, April 30, 2021. He was born in Perth, Ontario May 14, 1932. Alfred will be missed by his five children; Bill (Cindy), Bob (Maria), Doug (Heather), Jim and Judy (Glenn), and by his grandchildren; Sarah (Jason), Joshua (Katie), the late Michael, Samantha (Jake) Jackie, Annie (Benson), and Joey (Colleen) and by his great-grandchildren; Jessica, Jillian, Sydney, and Jackson. He will be fondly remembered by all of his nieces and nephews.

Alfred's memorial mass will take place on May 5, 2021 at St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church in Perth, Ontario. Following covid restriction regulations the mass will be private for the family.  A special thank you is extended to the staff of Perth Community Care Centre, for their consistent compassion, kindness and dedication.
