Obituary of Eileen Wilson Singer

1924 - 2021

Eileen passed away peacefully after a brief illness in the Smiths Falls hospital, on Friday, July 16th, 2021 . She was born to Evelyn and Bruce Keeling and is reunited with her husband and true love, Jack. Eileen is predeceased by her sister Loretta Pyke. She was a wonderful mother to her three boys Douglas (Gaye), Gregg (Shelley), and Jeffrey (Shirley). Eileen was adored by her grand-children Sasha Arrage (Joseph), Anna Morin (Marc), Jessie, Emily, Mark, and Kelly (Peter Wise) and by her great grand-children Jasmine, James, Grace, and Ashton. She will be missed by her many nieces and nephews. Eileen was always available in support of her family and was a woman of conviction, strength, and unbridled energy. Her 'compass' always pointed to the 'true north'.

A funeral and celebration of her life will be held at 1:00pm on Thursday, July 22, 2021 at Blair & Son  Funeral Home, 15 Gore Street West, Perth, Ontario. Donations in Eileen's name can be made to the Olde Forge Community Resource Centre, 2730 Carling Ave, Ottawa, ON K2B 7J1.
