Our memories of Teresa here in Florida are of card games, puzzles, flea markets, Sally Ann's (our version is called Good Will), much camaraderie, fun & more than anything love. Oh yes, and not to be forgotten - the beach when there was time. Her last words of wisdom to me were "go slow" I guess I was talking too fast or else I need to go slow and enjoy life more. She and all the family will always be in my heart and I look forward to the future when we will be together with Teresa once again. With much love,

To Mike, Barb, Sister Margo, Billy, Dianna, Steve, Janet, Theresa and extended Shafer Family
Truly sad to hear the news of Aunt Teresa's passing. She was a great lady who loved life and her family. She always had a great sense of humour. Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire Shafer Family at this difficult time.
I have fond memories of our family visits to Aunt Teresa's little white house on Church St and then her new home on Rogers Road built by her and Uncle Bill where there was lots of room to play with all our cousins. In the early years we also got to visit the Shafer Corner Store, operated by Aunt Teresa, where she would always line our pockets with treats. Later in life my wife, Di, and I would stop at the Innisville Flea Market where Aunt Teresa and Gramma McKinnon operated their booth. We still today have the old dresser we bought from Aunt Teresa at the Flea Market; refurbished and acting as a centerpiece on our porch.
Thanks for the memories.
Rest in Peace sweet lady.

So sad to hear this news. One of my two favourite Aunt's. She was full of life and fun to be with. I remember being in Florida with her, uncle Bill and my Dad in about 1972. I decided to travel around Florida with the 2 of them and we had so much fun -- I don't know if Uncle Bill had so much fun but we both did. She had a wonderful young spirit and loved more than anything her family. She will be greatly missed and my sincere condolences to all my cousins and their families. The light will shine bright for you above. With much love Cheryl Dean (McKinnon) and John Dean (JD).
