Obituary for Catherine Dona Grace
Grace, Catherine Dona passed away peacefully at Perth District Hospital on February 3, 2022, two days before her 75th birthday, with her husband by her side.
Catherine is survived by her beloved husband Patrick Joseph Grace of Bobs Lake, her sisters Cecilia Roberts, Elizabeth Robinson and Joan Kent of Cambridge ON and Margaret Gumbert of Hamilton ON, her brothers and sisters-in law, Michael and Cecilia Grace of Kitchener and Michael and Lucille Kalyniak of Durham ON. She is predeceased by her father Francis Joseph Sebastian and mother Hermina Sebastian nee Warzecha, her father and mother-in-law John Ray Grace and Amelia Theresa Grace nee Paleczny and her sister and brothers-in law Mary Frances Grace, Richard Roberts, Edward Gordon Robinson, Frederick Kent and Orland Gumbert.
In her earlier days Catherine worked at Savage Shoes, a few banks and Canada Employment Centre for many years. Later she enjoyed writing poetry, solving cross-word puzzles, boating on Bobs Lake, watching movies on TV and listening to good music.
Catherine will be missed by her husband, sisters, relatives, neighbours and friends. Memorial services will be held at Bobs Lake & Waterloo at a later unscheduled date.
