Our condolences to the entire Mitchell family in the tragic loss of Victoria (Torie). We especially feel the pain of her parents, grandmother and my sister Patricia's family. Although we are more familiar with some of you than others, we know you will ALL miss her terribly! We met her as a child, playing with our niece and nephews and have heard how she grew up to be a vibrant & responsible young adult, loved by both family and friends. I am so saddened to hear of this. So, so sad. I loved that girl. She was at my place often. Last time I saw her , she was working at The Pie Company in Perth and she noticed me on the street and came running out to give me a big hug. Many times I went to her home to come visit with My foster daughter. A beautiful young lady! My heartfelt sympathy to her family..I can’t even imagine your grief.

I’m still at a loss for words. Tori was the best kind of person you could ask to have in your life. Kind, caring, strong, talented, and had the best sense of humour. She had an incredible impact on everyone she met and I’m lucky I got to share part of her life with her. She was taken from her family and friends too soon and I can’t express how much that saddens me. Rest In Peace Tori

Tori was such a lovely and kind individual, we bonded over art and animals. We met through the Pie shop where it was such a treat to chat with them and over the years we befriended each other.
