With great sadness we announce the passing of Irene Pretty, on Friday, February 25th, 2022 in her 106th year. She was predeceased by her husband Lorne and her daughter Diane. Irene will be deeply missed by her twin daughters Lorna (John) Jamieson of Perth and Linda (Bob) Purdon of Dallas, Texas. She will also be missed by her grandchildren Wendy, Steven, Brian, Barbie, Lori, Jason and Jackie as well as all of her great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Irene loved her family and friends as well as her life in Lanark County. Many thanks to the dedicated staff at Lanark Lodge for their loving care and support. A private gathering will be held at a later date. Arrangements are in the care of Blair & Son Funeral Directors, Perth.
