Corbett, Florence Alberta (Newns) Florence passed away at Lanark Lodge, Perth on Friday, July 12th, 2019 with her dear son Gary by her side. She was the cherished mother of Gary (Judy) and David, loved grandmother of Nathan and Kayla and adored great grandmother of Riley, Rayne, Raven, Raelyn. Florence will be sadly missed by her sister Ethel Barnstaple and sister-in-law Phyliss Newns. She will be remembered for her great sense of humour (no one could make her laugh like Nathan). Florence lived in Georgetown most of her life where she was a member of mall walkers group and an avid card player. She was a volunteer for many years at Waste Wise. Florence retired from Apple Products in Glen Williams, moving to the Perth area in 2012. Gary and Judy would like to thank the wonderful staff at Lanark Lodge for the care and understanding at a most difficult time, you are all amazing. A service will be held privately for the family. Arrangements are in the care of Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St. West, Perth. In remembrance of Florence, contributions your local animal welfare society would be appreciated.
