Obituary of Nora Jean Riopelle 

Nora passed away in the Perth hospital on Monday April 11, 2022 at the age of 80 years.  She was born in Lanark on February 25th, 1942, daughter of the late Clyde and Elsie (Ferguson) Johnston.  Nora was wife to the late Roger Riopelle. A truly devoted mother of Allan (Leanne), Raymond (Jennifer), dear nana to Roxanne (Eric), Taylor (Dan) and great-nana to Oliver and Wesley. Survived by brother Carl (Linda) Johnston (Carleton Place) and Linda. Predeceased by her siblings; Allan, Beryl, Mildred, Glen, Muriel, Ernest, Harold, Peter, Cheryl and by her grand-daughter Tanya. She will be sadly missed by several nieces, nephews, family and friends.  

 Nora’s family would like to sincerely thank Dr. Vannoppen, all the staff at the Perth hospital,  the community support staff for all the services provided while at home, Lynn Jechel Dempsey along with the staff at ConnectWell Community Health Lanark.
