Betty passed away at Lanark Lodge, Perth on Saturday April 16th, 2022 at the age of 79 years. She was predeceased by her parents George and Mary Samis, her sister Audrey Post and in 1997, her beloved husband Audley J. Sheldrick. She will be sadly missed by her daughters Tina (Steven) Sargeant, Tracy (John) Ireton and Terri (Carl) Wright, her siblings Ken (Sandra), Bernard (Wendy) and Dan (Bonnie) Samis, Shirley (Dan) Vanderploeg, Beverly (Tom) Moffatt, Tom (Debbie) Samis and Rosemary (Bob) Field. Betty will be fondly remembered by her grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St. W., Perth on Tuesday April 19th from 12:30 P.M. until 1:15 P.M. The funeral service will be held in the chapel Tuesday at 1:30 P.M. followed by interment in Elmwood Cemetery. In remembrance of Betty, memorial donations to the Lanark Lodge Memorial Fund would be appreciated.
