It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Mary Tryon in hospital with her family by her side on Friday, April 15th, 2022 at the age of 81 years. Loving wife of the late James “Jim” Tryon and cherished mother of Paul (Heather) Tryon, Mark (Brenda) Tryon, Anita (Chris) McLean and Lesley Anne. Proud grandmother of Evan (Courtney), Natasha (Bill) Coupland, Dustin (Sarah) and Shane Tryon, Hayden and Avery McLean, Luke and Angela Lavictoire and great grandmother of Kaelyn and Grady Tryon; Rorie, Bryar and Fynlie Coupland; Brinley Tryon, Remi Lavictoire. Mary was the dear sister of Donald (late Carole) Lowe, Marjorie (Glenn) MacGregor, sister-in-law of Bob (Helen) Tryon, Grace (late Bill) Wilby, Faye (late Norman) Wright, Wayne (Barb) Blair, and Garry (Mary Jane) Blair. She will be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, extended family and close friends.
Mary was predeceased by her parents Linton and Mary Lowe and siblings Elinore (Bob) Lay, Jim Lowe, Myrtle (John) Ravesloot and special sister-in-law Diane, Jim’s sister Harriette (George) Cooke and son-in-law Martin Lavictoire.
She will be greatly missed by her friends at Sunset Towers and longtime neighbours of Clarchris Road (4th Line). Her absence will be greatly noticed and felt at the local dances and card parties.
Family and friends are invited to a visitation at Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St. West, Perth on Wednesday, April 20th, 2022 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. The funeral service and interment at St. Stephens Cemetery will be private for the family.
In remembrance of Mary, contributions to Branch 244 Perth Legion would be appreciated. The wearing of masks are strongly encouraged when attending the visitation and service.
