Philip passed away in the Perth hospital on Monday May 23rd, 2022 at the age of 62 years.  He will be sadly missed by his partner of 36 years, Patricia J. Whyte, his son Chad Spoelder (Megan Fisher), grandchildren Nattas (Grace), Zachary and Piper, brothers Glen (Linda) and Herb Richardson, sisters Norma Milligan, Heather (Paul) Belanger, brother-in-law Keith Jarvis, sisters-in-law Margaret Clark, Ivy Stearns and Ruby Whyte, all his family and friends.  Philip was predeceased by his parents Herb and Loretta (White) Richardson and siblings Joe and Norman Richardson, Louann Pratt, Margaret Jarvis and Katherine Hannah.

The arrangements are private for the family.  Those wishing are asked to consider memorial donations to the Lanark Animal Welfare Society (L.A.W.S.) or the Cancer Society.
