So saddened by the all too soon passing of Mike, who moved into our neighbourhood shortly before COVID shut things down. We got to know him as a mutual neighbourhood walker, who did 3 times around every morning. We kept promising that as soon as COVID ended, we would have him and Judy over for a drink on our back deck, but sadly that day never arrived. I enjoyed getting to know his history as a social worker in Lanark County, as I too started out many years ago doing my social work internship in Smith Falls at Beechgrove Children's Centre. Rest easy, Mike, but keep walking! You are greatly missed in the neighbourhood.
