Patricia Marie Noonan

May 22, 1929 – July 19, 2022

Strength. Courage. Gratitude. Compassion. Faith. Love. Patricia left life lessons for everyone who knew her. She was the matriarch of the O’Neill-Noonan clan and an amazing mother and friend.

During her 93 years she devoured thousands of books. While “who-dunnits” were her favourite, she would read anything and provided her critiques in great detail. Sadly, Patricia missed her calling as a Jeopardy contestant as to this day she would be the reigning champ.

Patricia was the oldest of 13 children. Predeceased by brothers Jack, Jerome, Michael, Joseph, Thom, Graham and Peter, she will be missed by her brother Jim and sisters Rose, Veronica, Peggy and Frances.

Patricia and Brian Noonan were married for over 50 years living in Perth and Christie Lake while raising their six children – Sally, John, Colleen, Richard, Fred and Julia. Their priority was always to support the family and encourage everyone to do their best and be “good people.” While Patricia missed Brian and John every day after their passing, she remained a pillar of strength for the family and cherished her time with grandchildren Simon, Riley, Declan, Ronan, Madelaine and Mitchell, spending hours with them at the shores of Christie Lake making sure they were all good swimmers.

A visitation for Patricia will be held at Blair and Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St. West, Perth, on Friday, July 22^nd, 2022. from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. John’s Catholic Church on Saturday at 1:30 P.M. followed by interment in St. John’s Cemetery.
