Obituary of Zachary Conway

We are devastated to announce the sudden passing of Zachary Conway on September 7, 2022 in Lombardy, Ontario at the age of 27. Zach leaves behind his beautiful son Cormac, and his wife Katie; as well as his mother Heidi and step-father Mike, his father Tom and step-mother Jackie; his grandparents Mike & Mary Anne, Bev (the late George), and Mary (the late Patrick); his sisters Courtney and Danielle; his step-brothers Lee, Tyler, and Michael; as well as his nieces Jordyn, Rilee, Charlie, Callie, and nephews Isaac and Blake. Zach will be dearly missed by his many aunts, uncles, and cousins; as well as his many friends, and the animals he loved during his lifetime. Friends and family are invited to pay their respects on Tuesday September 13, 2022 at Blair & Son Funeral Home in Smiths Falls (112 Beckwith St. N.) from 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday September 14, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. with a reception to follow. For those wishing to, memorial donations to the Lanark County Mental Health program in Zach’s memory would be greatly appreciated.
