Dear Carolyn, Linda and family, Your Mother had such a long life, so enriched with children, grandchildren and family; but also marked by sadnesses. My lasting memories are of her as a hard worker at Tye's, and as that of working mother. She was also so accepting of a rowdy bunch of teenage girls whether in the upstairs apartment, or the lovely house the family eventually moved to. Sincere condolences to all. We have many lovely memories of Audrey over the 55+ years we’ve known her. She was always warm and kind. She lived a long life filled with much joy as well as tragedy, but her wonderful smile greeted everyone. We were very fond of her and Stuart. Carolyn and family, I’m so sorry to read of your mom’s passing. She certainly must have seen a lot during her long life. Many years ago, my mom sewed for both you and your mom. Mom passed in 2021 at the age of 91, so she had a good long life too. It doesn’t matter at what age our moms pass, it is still a great loss, and leaves a great void in our lives. So, I’m sending my sincere condolences to you and your family.
