Kendall, Kevin Edward
After living with lung cancer, with good humour and an amazingly positive attitude for almost a year, Kevin was then diagnosed with metastatic brain tumours and passed away at Kingston Health Sciences Centre on January 28th, 2023 following surgery.
Kevin was predeceased by his father, Barry Kendall, and by his sister LeeAnne. He will be forever missed by his daughter, Lauren (Adam Hawkins) of Halifax, his parents, Rod and Stephanie Smart of Perth, his close friend Valerie Young of Perth and remembered, with a smile, by aunts, uncles, cousins, co-workers at G.I.M. and his many friends in and around the Perth area.
Kevin was known for his sense of humour, his charm and his love of a good time. He found pleasure in the outdoors, frequently walking through parks and along the Tay River. He enjoyed attending many musical events in Perth, watching movies and sports. He will be missed by so many. Rest in peace Kevin. You have earned it.
Friends may gather with the family to celebrate Kevin’s life at Blair and Son Funeral Home, Perth on Saturday, February. 11th 2023 from 1:00 P.M. until the time of his memorial service in the chapel at 2:30 P.M. A reception will follow at the Red Fox. In Honour of Kevin, memorial donations to the Perth & Smiths Falls District Hospital Foundation’s MRI Fund would be appreciated by the family.
