Chris, Becky and Family, we are shocked and have just heard this morning of the passing of Brian and our hearts break for the sudden loss of your dad. He was a good friend to Dale for many years and we are forever grateful for the friendship and support he showed Dale during his illness. Whenever we ran into Brian he lit up when he spoke about how proud he was of his children and grand children. Brian had such an amazing sense of humour and our family has many wonderful memories of Brian from over the years.
You are in our thoughts and we are so sorry for your loss.

I cannot describe how terribly sad we were to hear this news. Brian was our much loved neighbour on Maple crest Lane and many a night my husband Roy, and Brian would stay up to the wee small hours listening to the music that both he and Roy shared similar tastes in. Many an afternoon spent enjoying a beer on the patio and watching the boats go by. We discovered just how very much we had in common.... I had made many phone calls with Esther when finalising the sale of my Brothers purchase of the Bass Lake house which had been the family home..... then we find out Brian was our neighbour on Canton Lake while he was with Lynn... never in a month of Sundays did we think we would be neighbours again when we moved to Maple Crest Lane and unbeknown to us found ourselves living nextdoor to each other. Great times Brian and we will cherish the memories always!! Our deepest condolences to Becky and Chris, he was a genuinely great guy! Love and regards Lynda and Roy Colling

Brian had many friends. I was among those that admired him and who enjoyed a lot of laughter along the way. Brian loved to laugh.
As a longtime friend of Brian and former classmate and friend of M-E it makes this a profoundly sad time.
