Obituary of Gertie Davidson

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Gertie Davidson wishes to announce her passing on Febraury 26, 2023 with family by her side. Gertie was predeceased by parents Michael and Anita Hnatiuk (nee Chartier), her husband Bob, and daughter Bonnie. She was the loving mother of Bill (Elizabeth Fewer), Beverly (Earle Gilchrist), Brenda (Henri Duchaine), Kelly (Marque St. Onge), and Rick (Ayah Stretch). She is survived by her companion of 10 years, Floyd Tubman. She leaves behind her beloved 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren, her fur baby Bella, her sister Debra Sell and nephew Damion Sell, as well as her many extended family. A special thank you to Bayshore Home Nursing and her Bayshore PSWs Paulina and Bobbi-Jo. Friends and family are welcome to pay their respects at the Smiths Falls Legion Branch 95 (7 Main Street East) on Saturday March 11, 2023 from 1:00 p.m to 4:00 p.m. If desired, donations to CHEO, Furry Tales, or a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
