Bill passed away suddenly in the Perth hospital on Monday, March 13th, 2023 at the age of 73.  He will be sadly missed by his beloved wife Judy Nicol (nee Johnstone), his three children; Paul (Sylvia) Nicol, Laura Quesnel, Cori (Brad) Shaw and his grandchildren Jackie, Jessi, Nick, Andrew, Riley and Reese.  Bill was predeceased by his beautiful grandbaby Hailey.  The arrangements for Bill are being held privately for the family. Bill’s family would like to express their sincere gratitude to Dr. Drummond in Perth, the Emergency staff at the Perth hospital as well as the EMT and Fire Service for their outstanding care and support.  If desired memorial contributions may be made to the Perth and Smiths Falls District Hospital (Perth Site).  Arrangements are in the care of Blair & Son Funeral Directors, Perth.
