Beatrice Doreen Frizell (Britnell)
Beatrice passed away peacefully at Lanark Lodge Long Term Care Facility in Perth, on Thursday June 1st, 2023, in her 89th year with her family by her side. She was predeceased by her beloved husband and best friend Gordon Frizell, daughters Tammy Breton and Sandra Frizell and great-granddaughter Layla. She was the loving mother to Lindy (Brian) Allen, Rob (Jennifer) Frizell and mother-in-law to David Burns.
She was a loving and devoted Grandmother to Crystal (Matthew), Stephen (Ann Marie), Brittany (Jesse), Brent, Brooke (Hamid), Laura (Devesh), Aliyah and Reagan. Great-grandma to Mikayla, Shamus, Isabelle, Braxton, Hera and Bella; and Great great-grandma to Skylar.
Bea was predeceased by her mother Goldie Britnell, sisters Lorna (late Louie) Meraw and Marlene (late Vern) MacDonald and her brothers Dwaine Britnell and Ray Britnell. She is survived by her brother Eddie (late Denise) Britnell. Bea will be missed by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
Bea spent many years passionately working at the Pepsi Plant in Smiths Falls. She was a long-time volunteer with the Girl Guides of Canada for over 35 years as a Brownie Leader, fondly known as Brown Owl. Her true passion was being a wife, mother and grandmother, she loved spending time with her family. She will be sadly missed but forever loved and remembered by her family.
Family and friends are invited to a visitation in the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St. Perth on Wednesday, June 7th, 2023 from 1:00 to 3:00 P.M. The funeral service and interment are private for the family.
