John passed away at the Perth hospital on Thursday, June 29th, 2023 at the age of 84 years. He was the loved husband to Beverly (Paulkstella) Chandler and devoted father to David, Marie and Jennifer. John was the adored grandfather to Sherri, Liam and Colin and great-grandfather to Matt, Mia and Hana.
John will be sadly missed by his siblings Bill, Ross, Sharon, many nieces, nephews and friends.
John was a devoted officer in the Royal Canadian Mounted Police for 38 years before retiring to his country home in Maberly.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a future date. Arrangements are in the care of Blair & Son Funeral Directors, Perth.
In remembrance of John, contributions to the Perth & Smiths Falls District Hospital Foundation – Perth Site would be appreciated.
