We are grateful and thankful for all of the precious time and years we had with her. The family wishes to thank the love and support received from family and friends during this sad time.  Special thanks to all the staff that supported her at home for all their wonderful care (especially Cerian, Sharleen, Sharon & Wendy in the last few weeks).  Our utmost and deepest thanks especially to Dr. Robert Delgrande for the best care we could have ever wished for.  Our gratitude has no bounds.
