Carol was an elementary school teacher and librarian in Ottawa for many years. She passed away peacefully on November 26th, 2023 at her residence in Perth.

Pre-deceased by her husband of 65 years A. Frederic Dewey and survived by her beloved son Paul, loving daughter-in-law-Carol and cherished grandchildren Megan and Adam. Fondly remembered by her family of in-laws, as well as nieces, Angela, Jane, Karen and families. A special thank you to good friends Darlene Burke, Kathy Ullrich and Don and Neila Arbuckle for their love, support and many years of friendship. A private service will be held in Brighton, Ont in the spring.
