It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Bryan John Tyler. John passed away on Friday December 8th 2023 at the Perth & Smiths Falls District Hospital - Perth Site at the age of 67. He was born on October 27th 1956 in Kitchener Ontario. Predeceased by his parents Bryan & Margret (Risburn) Tyler
He leaves behind his wife of 48 years Adeline, his sons Ian (Amanda), Michael (Liz), Eric (Sarah). Grandfather of Teylor, William, Carson, Alexander, and Eli.
Brother to Harry Steven. Brother in-law to Carmen Tyler, Bonnie and Ken Kuiack, Des & Barb Brunelle.
Uncle to Chris Kuiack (Brady, Cameron, Regan, Grace) Lindsay Kuiack, Marissa Tyler (Clea), Philip Brunelle (Miklo), Ferren Brunelle.
He will be missed by his family, many friends and his coworkers.
John worked 44 years as a construction Millwright. He was a proud member of Millwrights Local 1916 Hamilton & Millwrights Local 1410 Kingston. He worked on numerous projects throughout his career, and especially enjoyed working on Ontario Power Generation - Hydroelectric projects as well as Ontario Power Generation gas turbine projects.
John loved all of his family and friends and enjoyed spending time together. He was known for his dry sense of humour and quick wit. John enjoyed Nascar & Hockey.
He especially loved seeing and spending time with his grandchildren, which gave him so much joy.
We will remember all of the good times together.
John will be buried at Pinehurst Cemetery Playfairville, Ontario. The service will be private for the family. Arrangements were in the care of Blair & Son Funeral Directors, Perth.
