Jayden’s family is devastated to announce his sudden and tragic passing, as a result of a motor vehicle accident, on Thursday, December 7^th, 2023 at the age of 18. He was the cherished and beloved son of Jason and Julie Dowdall, and the loving brother, and best friend of Justin. He will be lovingly remembered by his aunts and uncles; Jodi (David) McFarlane, Greg (Jackie) Dowdall, Joe (Lauren) Dowdall, and David O’Connor. He was the treasured cousin of Hilary, Carlie, Amelia, Tessa, Myla, Brooklyn, Bree, Jack, Landon, Lola and Declan. He will be sadly missed by his dear friend Lola, his great-aunts and uncles, the lads, his extended family and many friends. Jayden was predeceased by his grandparents John & Marian Dowdall, and Kenneth & Donna Barr, and by his beloved aunt Jillian O’Connor. Jayden made a connection with every person he met. His smile and charismatic personality brightened everyone’s day and he will be forever remembered.

Friends may visit with the family at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St. West,  Perth, on Friday, December 15^th, 2023 from 2:00pm to 9:00pm.  Mass of Christian Burial will take place at St. John’s Catholic Church on Saturday, December 16^th, 2023 at 11:00am. Interment will follow in St. John’s Parish Cemetery. In honour of Jayden memorial contributions to either The Snow Road Snowmobile Club, or The Jayden Dowdall Memorial Bursary Fund would be greatly appreciated.
