Trigg, Douglas Frank

Douglas went Home to be with the Lord on Thursday December 14^th, 2023.  Born in North Sydney NS on July 9th, 1941 and raised in Powell River BC, he was predeceased by his parents Vernon (2000) and Elsie (2009) Trigg.  Doug was the beloved husband of Elizabeth; loving father of Russell (Elaine), Mark (Heather) and Michael (Tina); proud grandfather of Evan (Destiny) Bradley (Chelsea), Liam, Kiera, Sanna and Leila;  great grandfather of Milo and caring brother of Carol (Garry) Lees and Linda (Ron) Nelson.  He retired from a career as a geophysicist where he was Head of Geophysical Instrumentation with Geological Survey of Canada. 

Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St. W., Perth on Tuesday December 19^th, 2023 from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M.  Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday December 20^th, 2023 at 10:30 AM followed by a reception in the Blair & Son Family Centre.  Interment will follow in Capital Memorial Gardens, Nepean.  In memoriam donations to Alta Vista Baptist Church, Ottawa or Asbury Free Methodist Church, Perth would be appreciated.
