Obituary of Charlene May Janette Payea
Peacefully at the Smiths Falls Site of the Perth & Smiths Falls District Hospital, Charlene passed away on January 3rd, 2024 at the age of 57. She was the beloved partner of Travis Perry, and the loving mother of Natacha Young, Michelle Young and Lucas Young (Lyndsay Dow). Charlene was the treasured grandmother of Kaydence, Aviah, Nyla, Nolan, Austin, Darius, Hunter and Maddison. She will be fondly remembered by her sisters Nancy Allan, Judy Bartraw and Cheryl Baird, and by her best friends Patty Lynn and Robyn Hart.
The family wish to thank all the doctors, nurses and staff of the Smiths Falls I.C.U. for their compassion and care.
A celebration of Charlene’s life will be held at the Soldiers Memorial Hall (Oso Hall) 1107 Garrett St, Sharbot Lake on Saturday, January 13th, 2024 from 3:00pm – 6:00pm. In honour of her, memorial contributions to the Lung Association or C.H.E.O. would be greatly appreciated. Arrangements are in the care of Blair & Son Funeral Directors, Perth.
