Hammond, Johanne Marie-Lise Johanne passed away peacefully in hospital, Smiths Falls on Monday, November 4, 2019 with her family by her side. Beloved mother of Chris (Sarah) Hammond and Kirsten Hammond (Rob Samek) grandmother to Tristan, Isabel and Gabriel Hammond, Morgan and Caleb Shields, Ivy and Ava Samek. Sister of Carol Fiset of Quebec City. Predeceased by her mother Irene Cunningham and brother Steve Fiset. If desired, memorial contributions made to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated. A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date to be announced.
