Obituary of Deborah Ann Prentice

It is with profound sadness and the heaviest of hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved mother Deborah Ann Prentice. She passed away at home in Smiths Falls on January 24, 2024 at the age of 70. She was a loving mother to Crystal Wood (Stewart) of Smiths Falls, and Shawn Wood (Karen) of Kingston. She was also a proud grandmother to Amber Borris, Zack Borris, Lucas Wood, Mason Wood, and Aria Wood. She will be deeply missed by her brother Larry Prentice (Betty) of Kingston. Deborah was predeceased by her parents Harold and Beatrice Prentice (nee Hughes), her infant granddaughter Neeva Wood, as well as by her siblings Garry Prentice and Bonnie Wills (nee Prentice). A celebration of life for Deborah will be held at her daughter’s home in Smiths Falls on Saturday February 10, 2024 from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
